Deposit:

The policy of the Grau Roig Hotel is to charge a booking deposit equivalent to 30% of the total cost, payable upon booking.

Cancellation policy:

For all cancellations made up to 15 days prior to the arrival date, the deposit shall be fully refunded.

For cancellations made within 15 days of the arrival date, the deposit will be non-refundable.

Early checkouts are charged at a rate of one night’s stay.

Data Protection Policy:

In accordance with Law 15/2003, of 18 December, on data protection, the interested party is informed that his/her personal data shall form part of the Customer file managed by Hotel Grau Roig, the purpose of which is to send information and advertising relating to the hotel and to manage the services contracted directly or with third companies. The interested party is also informed that in order to exercise the right to access, rectify, erase or oppose the said data, he/she should address correspondence to: Hotel Grau Roig, Estació d’esquí Grandvalira, sector Grau Roig, AD200 Grau Roig, Principat d’Andorra, or by e-mail to info@hotelgrauroig.com.
